General Meeting

Meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance

Minutes of last meeting read by Secretary Mark Weller accepted as read.

Joanne Hancock

    Christy Lane the club needs donations of goods for the grab bags presented to the students. Also Boats are needed as well as crew for         the boats and staff to serve food etc. Signup sheet will be passed around.

Commodores report

    Cooley Canal trip is canceled

    GCBA rendezvous room is getting tight please sign up at the web site or by seeing the fleet captain.

    Poker Run early signup before June 10th. T-Shirts will be available. No Texas Holdem tournament this year.

    Venetian Regatta we people to signup for the games

Vice Commodore

    Commodores Ball will be Jan 13 to 16, 2006 Holiday Inn Sandusky OH

    Please save things and ideas for awards.

Rear Commodore

    Looking into Jersey Baseball Shirts for the clothing locker.

Treasurer

    Balance is $7791.74 expenses included office supplies, membership books Christy Lane and Postage.

    Membership cards are here and will be distributed after the meeting

    Sea Scouts are looking to form new chapters if anyone is interested in participating contact Matt S.

    North Coast Boating and Sea Food Festival will be at Voinivich Park June 10th to the 12th.

    There will be a Golf Outing at the Rendezvous this year contact Vern or Mike D to participate.

ILYA Report Mike Dobransky

    We have space reserved for 10 boats for the Regatta at Fox's dock.

    Thursday evenings Rum party will be served by APYC

AYC Report Tom Steiber

    AYC events are all summer long check the bulletin board for information or see Tom.

    If you are traveling W or N stop in one of the AYC clubs you will be taken care of.
