Bridge Meeting

    Roll call of officers all present except Matt Penn who is excused.

    Rear Commodore

        Updates of members information all members information current.

        Holiday Inn rates and ball prices we will see a slight increase this year.

    Fleet Capt.

        Bus Trip to Cooley Canal almost no interest. Shakedown Trip next on the schedule.

        GCBA report from Matt Schmidt

    All executive committee members discussed the need of a cap on Commodores ball expenditures, several view points offered

           nothing decided will need to be presented to membership.

    Hospitality Room at GCBA Ball for M. Schmidt he is looking for a donation to help out Exec. committee agreed to present it to members.

    Vern will put a motion on the floor for $1000 donation.

    Tom Steiber the club will not be insured for Christy Lane after this year. Burgee to Catawba West for loss due to fire.

General Meeting

    The 06 and 07 Commodores Balls will be at the Holiday Inn Sandusky

Motion placed on the floor by Rear Commodore Vern Brant to donate $1000 to Matt for his hospitality room at the ball 2nd by Secretary Mark Weller, motion voted and passed

Mike Dobransky ILYA delegate

    Mike emphasised the need for the club to support Matt during his year as Commander not just in monetary donations but also by attending

    the different functions during his year.

    ILYA the power boat regatta is back on the weekend this year sign up is due by June 6th, regatta is July 28th to 31st.

Tom Steiber AYC report

    The AYC books are out will be distributed during the meeting.

    Explained the AYC Ball and when and where it is and how it is conducted.

    Discussed the Christy Lane insurance issue and what we can do about it we are going to look for an event binder for insurance.

New Business

    Dave Light has been inducted into the International Order of the Blue Gavel

Old Business

    Tom Houser informed the club about the donation back to the club from the Life's a Snap Foundation for Christy Lane.
